Which iPhones can I use?
LessLens uses the TrueDepth camera, so you need an iPhone with Face ID (iPhone X or later). Check the App Store for the current iOS requirements.
Is the app free?
Yes. Some retailer links are affiliate links, so LessLens may earn a commission when you buy. The price you pay is the retailer’s and does not change.
Does virtual try-on tell me the exact physical fit?
It shows you how a frame looks on your face. Comfort, bridge fit and pressure at the temples still need a physical fitting. Check the retailer’s frame measurements and return policy before buying.
Do I buy my glasses from LessLens?
No. LessLens helps you discover and try on frames. You buy from the retailer linked in the app, at the retailer’s price and availability.
Can I try it without an iPhone?
The LessLens app is iPhone-only: it uses the TrueDepth camera of iPhones with Face ID, and there is no Android version. Our virtual try-on also runs in the browser, but on the websites of eyewear stores that use LessLens, not as a standalone app.
